Support Us

The Prince Music Theater has been Philadelphiaís nationally renowned home for new music theater for over 23 years, creating work by todayís top artists, serving youth through our education programs, and celebrating the legacy of musical theater.

This is possible only with the generous support of our donors. Ticket revenue covers only half of our operating costs. As a contributor to the Prince, you become an integral part of the future of music theater.

Since our founding in 1984 as the American Music Theater Festival, our company has established an unparallel track record for fostering the creative development of unknown artists who have gone on to become pre-eminent leaders in our field, including Julie Taymor, George C. Wolfe, David Henry Hwang, Adam Guettel, Ted Sperling, Rachel Sheinkin, and dozens more. Our distinctive revivals of American classics have garnered national and local praise for excellence, including Lady in the Dark, St. Louis Woman, Pal Joey and Dreamgirls.

Your support helps our education programs reach thousands of public middle-school students with meaningful, life-changing arts experiences. Your donation of any level is vital not only to the Princeís artistic excellence, but in creating access to the arts for thousands of people in our community.

Please join our family of donors; every dollar makes a difference.
